Mother's Day

It was my turn to work Mother's Day this year.....I know my holiday schedule several years in advance so it comes as no surprise. Sure I wouldn't mind the day off to spend with my girls & the other mother's in my life but such comes with the territory of health care! I wasn't even expecting a gift from Jon & the girls so I was quite surprised when I was handed this perfectly wrapped gift!! I asked Jon who wrapped the gift {because it's just my style!!} & he replied "the lady at the store cause I asked her to do it that way"!! LOVE the special hand prints of my babes!

PERFECT! Both the frame & girl! Hanging now in my bathroom above the tub!

*& not pictured were 2 snack size bags of Jelly Belly jelly beans.....these 3 know me well!*

I couldn't be happier to be a mom to these girls of mine.....not all days are pure bliss but I wouldn't change my motherhood for the world! It's what I've always dreamed of being. I never had HUGE dreams of an elaborate wedding rather dreamt of being a mom & living on a farm! I've got one of those checked off......now to work on the other! I came home from work that night to a freshly mowed lawn & my youngest battling the task of riding her bike without training wheels......happy momma was found on British Rd!
