Quite Certainly the best use of 99 cents is a plain and simple soft serve vanilla ice cream cone. HOT days that even the air conditioner can't quite cut, snack time, grumpy girl who woke up on the wrong side of the car after a nap cut short.....yep when momma said "who wants an ICE CREAM cone"? Excited happy "me me me me me me's" is all I heard.
It turned into a good afternoon after all
